The Freshest Olive Oil to Come in a Can. We are on a Mediterranean diet, so everything we cook is richly lathered in olive oil. I went looking for a good Mediterranean olive oil at our grocery store but only found mass produced bottles from Spain or Italy. I went looking online for olive oil that is made in small batches and is cared for and that wouldn’t break the bank. I stumbled onto True Fields and I have one word “Wow.” The olive oil was insanely fresh, had a deep creamy olive oil color, and tasted like the olive oil we would eat at home in Lebanon. I was floored and I am so glad I found True Fields.

Flavor of this olive oil is outstanding! The oil is high quality and I am happy to continue receiving our automatic supply. I give it four stars strictly due to shipping and design of container. Our container arrived dented. Because it is a metal container I worry about the integrity of a dented tin. Lastly, contrary to another review, I find the design to be extremely messy. It is true that it does not drip down the side of container, but rather pools and collects at the top. I constantly have to wipe the top clean. I’ve just ordered an oil decanter so I am not too concerned going forward. I do hope the next shipment does not arrive dented. It simply did not have enough packing around it.

Olive oil tastes great! There were however two issues. There was a small dent in the can when I received my order previous to this (bpa, etc. a concern), and there was greater than a month between billing, July 11, and receiving product, mid August.
